ChinaGuitar.Com：First of all thanks for taking the time to do this and giving us the opportunity to ask you questions like this, that's really cool man!
JoeBecker：Hey, no problem. I dig your website a lot. You guys are doing a great job!!!!
ChinaGuitar.Com：Could you please introduce yourself for your fans in P.R. China?
JoeBecker：This feels like Alchoholics Anonymous. “Hi, my name’s Joe. My last gig was two days ago.”
ChinaGuitar.Com： Are there any tours and clinics currently scheduled in 2004?
JoeBecker：Not right now. I'm doing alot of studio work for a ton of stuff that's coming out this year. At the moment, I'm recording a solo for the new Northrup / Shortino album. I gotta say, it's an honor to be playing with these guys.

ChinaGuitar.Com： We think Jason Becker is incredible. I was wondering, what are your thoughts about Jason Becker?
JoeBecker：I think Jason is one of the greatest guitarists to ever walk the Earth and one of my biggest influences and it saddens me greatly whenever I think of his current condition. But he's continuing to be an inspiration with his, "will-of-steel" and he will get better. I can't wait to jam with him when he does. Getting kicked around by him on guitar would be awesome! ChinaGuitar.Com： We know you do have an amazing solo in the second Jason Becker tribute album, what are your opinions of that solo?
JoeBecker：Hey, Thanks! Thinking back on it, there are a couple things I would have done differently, ya know....better. But they say Hindsight is always 20/20.
ChinaGuitar.Com：How would you define the style of your music?
JoeBecker：Fun.
ChinaGuitar.Com：We saw the album SHRED 101 on your website, what are your thoughts about shred? Recently, shred guitar player Joe Stump did clinics in P.R. China. Lots of Chinese fans are very interested in this kind of music, could you give us some ideas about this style?
